CONDITIONS GENERALES DE LOCATION
1. Comment réserver?
Tout d'abord envoyez une demande de réservation par email.
Si la période que vous souhaitez est disponible, un acompte de 50% du montant du loyer vous sera demandé pour réserver.
L'acompte peut être envoyé par chèque (français), par virement bancaire (frais de virement à votre charge)
2. Le Contrat
Dès votre réservation enregistrée (uniquement à réception du règlement ), un contrat établi à votre nom et indiquant vos dates de séjour vous sera envoyé par e-mail. Imprimez ce contrat, car vous y trouverez toutes les informations concernant votre arrivée pour le séjour.
3. Paiement
Le reste du loyer doit être réglé soit en espèces (Euros) le jour de votre arrivée, soit par chèque (français).
3. Votre Séjour
Sauf accord particulier,l'appartement est à votre disposition du 1er jour de votre contrat à 17h00 au dernier jour de votre contrat à 11h.00.
4. Dépôt de Garantie
Un dépôt de garantie peut être requis en fonction de la durée de votre séjour. ( séjour long)
Le dépôt de garantie doit être réglé soit en espèces (Euros ou équivalent dans votre monnaie locale) le jour de l'arrivée, soit par chèque (français)
Le dépôt de garantie vous sera intégralement rendu lorsque vous rendrez les clefs du gîte.
5. Annulation
En cas d'annulation plus de 60 jours avant le début de votre séjour, votre acompte vous sera rendu moins 10 % pour couvrir les frais de réservations. Si l'annulation intervient plus de 30 jours avant le début de votre séjour, 50% de l'acompte vous seront rendus. Au-delà de ce délai, il n'y aura pas de remboursement possible.
1. How to book?
First send a booking request by email .
If the requested period is available, a 50% deposit of the total rent will be required for booking.
The deposit can be sent either by bank transfer (swi ft )
2. The Contract
Following any booking confirmation (only when i receive you payment) , a contract established in your name and identifying the dates of your stay will be forwarded to you by e-mail. Please print this contract, as you will find all of the important information concerning your rental.
3. Payment
Balance of payment should be paid in cash (euros) upon arrival.
3. Your Stay
The apartment is available from day one at 5pm and must be vacant on the last day of contract at 11am, unless otherwise stated with the owner.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit according to the duration of your lease will be required (more than 2 week)
The security deposit must be paid, either by cash (Euros) upon arrival, or a minimum of 8 days before arrival, through a bank transfer .
The security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant within one week if upon checking out nothing is reported damaged, lost or broken.
5. Cancellation policy
In the case of cancellation more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit, minus 10% to cover cancellation expenses, will be returned to the tenant.If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned to the tenant. For cancellation later than this date, no refund will be possible
